Police: Same Suspects Wanted in Pizza Shop Robbery Sought in Neighboring County
The Richland County Sheriff's Department is looking for two men they say robbed a pizza place in the St. Andrews area and later committed a crime in Lexington County.
The Richland County Sheriff's Department is looking for two men they say robbed a St. Andrews pizza place in June and committed a similiar crime in Lexington County. On June 12, deputies responded to call that two men robbed Papa John’s Pizza at 817 St. Andrews Road. The men were seen on surveillance video entering Papa John's. One of the men handed a note to an employee that said he had a gun and demanded money. The employee opened the cash register, and the suspects stole the money and fled the store in a white pick up truck, according to the department.
