Update: Coroner Identifies Pedestrian Fatality

Pedestrian Killed on I-26 was Hit by Four Vehicles

Latest Update, 12:26 p.m., Dec. 12: Lexington Coroner Harry O. Harman has identified the victim involved in the pedestrian-versus-vehicle accident on I-26 West at 6:25 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 10, as Casey Spence Rogers, 20, of Irmo.   According to Harman, the victim died from massive body trauma. The accident remains under investigation by the Lexington County Coroner’s Office and the South Carolina Highway Patrol's Multi-disciplinary Accident Investigation Team (MAIT).   Previous update, 2:08 p.m., Dec. 11:  The S.C.
