Lexington butchers give Independence Day recommendations
With the Fourth of July approaching, you're probably looking for the perfect meats for grilling. Two Lexington butchers gave Patch their recommendations for great Independence Day eats. At The Happy Butcher, owner Ed Campbell already had the grill fired up and covered in some of his delicious selection. Campbell recommended his signature Master Burger, a seasoned, eight ounce ground ribeye patty only available at The Happy Butcher. If you're looking to be a little bolder, Campbell showed off his extra meaty baby back pork ribs. On Thursday, he had a rack smoking in front of the store and the smell and appearance could make any mouth water.
