Located in Lexington's Historic Old Mill, the Cotton Grill is a full service, casual, fine dining restaurant, opened in August 2009 under the direction of Laban Chappell, a Charleston developer who restored the mill buildings. Chef Jason Palmer's unique background in classical French and American cuisine gives a unique twist to the menu's southern flare. The restaurant features a unique atmosphere, whether patrons are dining on the the mill's 27-acre pond or inside, with the interior's high, exposed wooden-beamed ceilings and rustic brick walls.
