Bill and Lisa Horner of Paws for Applause (and more recently Dharma, their friendly feline greeter) have been styling Lexington pooches for since the late '90s. They offer standard AKC clips for all purebreds as well as general grooming for mutts. All grooming services include bath and nail trims. Flea funerals are available upon request. Prices vary according to a dog’s size, condition and behavior. While walk-ins are accepted, the Horners recommend one-week advance notice. Canines are typically dropped off in the morning and picked up after work, but other arrangements can be made.
