Recent Lexington County Arrests

LCSD takes three of county's most-wanted into custody

William Austin Todd, 31, of Batesburg, was arrested on Thursday on arrest warrants on two counts of unlawful conducts towards a child by a legal custodian, according to the Lexington County Sheriff's Department.

Todd had been among those on the department's most-wanted list. The department also reported that others on that list have also been apprehended or turned themselves in within the past week.

Joshua Daniel Chambers, 32, of Lexington, turned himself in on Friday, Oct. 21 at the Lexington County Detention Center on an arrest warrant on a charge of criminal domestic violence of a high and aggravated nature.

Bryan Keith Tindal, 29, of Wagener, also was arrested on Friday, Oct. 21 on an arrest warrant on a charge of breach of trust with fraudulent intent.
