It sounds as if it was an accident however when you see a car stopped in the roadway or on the side of the road if you can not get over (due to traffic or narrow roadway) you are suppose to slow down to a crawl. At this time; pointing fingers isn't going to bring this young man back. God's Peace to all.

I'm sure the accident was not intentual; however, was the 20 year old going a little fast, and lost control?????? I'm sure it WAS NOT intentional. But, could she have been distracted? Prayers for all of you.
