Coroner: Gilbert Man Dies After Falling off Boat on Lake Murray
A 65-year-old man died after falling off a boat on Lake Murray Sunday.
A Gilbert man died Sunday after he fell off a boat on Lake Murray, according to the Lexington County Coroner's Office.
Coroner Harry Harman identified the man as 65-year-old Russell R. Fitzgerald.
Fitzgerald died after falling off a boat on Lake Murray at approximately 4:30 p.m. on Sunday, according to a coroner's release.
The accident remains under investigation by the Department of Natural Resources and the Lexington County Coroner’s Office.
