Dancing with the Stars, Lexington


Styled after TV's "Dancing with the Stars," this

exciting event will provide guests with a wonderful evening of entertainment.



Silent Auction begins at 5:30 PM


Doors to the auditorium open 6:30 PM.


Show begins at 7:00 PM.



During the evening's festivities, 12 couples will compete for


the coveted 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place mirrored ball trophies, the People's


Choice Award, which is determined by the number of votes the dancers receive.


Votes are $10 each. Votes may be purchased online at
www.dancingwiththestars.com.

A panel of judges will select 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places to receive the Judges

Award, which will be determined by each dancer's technical skills.

The proceeds from this event will fund designated projects for

Lexington County School District One students and teachers.



The Foundation has designated LexLives, LexLearns and LexLeads

as our priority with initial emphasis on providing STEM Labs for our schools;


for the redesign of Media Centers to 21st Century Learning Commons; to


provide for professional development for teachers; and FOCUS (Lexington One


Alternative School) interventions.
