A Lexington woman will compete for the title of Mrs. International in Chicago next month.
Audrey Lorence, 49, was crowned Mrs. South Carolina International this month. She will enter the final stage of the Mrs. International competition on July 20 and 21 in Chicago.
Lorence, a mother of two children and a field representative for Mosaic Sales Solutions, also finds time to volunteer with the Humane Society, and the American Heart Association.
During her reign as Mrs. South Carolina International, Lorence will continue to support heart health awareness and education through the American Heart Association in memory of her parents who both died of heart disease in their early 60s.
“I’m delighted to have the opportunity to expand my platform through my new role as Mrs. South Carolina,” said Lorence. “Throughout my reign, I will work with the American Heart Association to education people about heart health and advocate for funding and research that will continue to help save lives.”
