Football season kicks off Friday night at the Lexington High school stadium.

Nine teams will compete in the Wildcat Jamboree. Each team will play two quarters. 

The jamboree starts at 6 p.m. with Blacksburg vs. Ninety-Six. 

Lexington will play Battery Creek and Batesburg-Leesville later in the night.

Tickets are $5 in advance and $6 at the gate.
