Readers' Choice: Name Your Favorite Vegetarian-Friendly Place
We have relaunched our Readers' Choice contest with dozens of new categories, including vegetarian-friendly restaurants.
Let’s face it finding vegetarian food in South Carolina can be difficult at times. In a state where barbecue is it’s on food group, finding a meatless option at some places can be tricky.
But things have improved.
Even meat-eaters are looking for vegetarian-friendly fare, as they look to save calories and cut the fat.
But where can you find a meat-free meal with more choices than just steamed vegetables and pasta?
Nominate your favorite restaurant to be part of our “Best Vegetarian-Friendly Restaurant” as Patch unveils its Readers' Choice.
Just log in and post your vote in the comments section below. You may nominate multiple places, but please post each nomination in a separate comment so we can make sure they are all counted. Your nominee must be in Irmo, Lexington, Spring Valley or St. Andrews to be eligible.
Nominations are due by July 9.
Voting for Readers’ Choice 2012 will begin in late July and winners will be announced in August.
