At 10:59 p.m. tonight, the next Powerball drawing will be held, with a $212 million jackpot at stake. 

The way to play is relatively simple: Match the numbers to all five white balls and the prize is $1 million - correctly guess the Powerball and win the jackpot of $212 million. 

The jackpot, north of $200 million, is truly rarified air, approaching the $336 million mark the multi-state game saw in February.
