An age-progression photo developed by Photoshop experts shows what Dail Dinwiddie would look like at 43, 20 years after she went missing in Five Points.

Dinwiddie was last seen at Jungle Jim's after a U2 concert in 1992, Columbia police said in a press conference.

The age-progressed image compares photos from Dinwiddie's family to compile common aging trends that she might have followed. The photo will be disseminated over social media and through local news outlets.

Since the night of her disappearance, nobody has had any contact with Dinwiddie. While the investigation has turned up thousands of unsuccessful tips, her family and investigators remain optimistic that she could return home safe.

"I'm not willing to say Dail is deceased until you give me proof," said Columbia Police Chief Randy Scott.

Richland County Sheriff Leon Lott also announced that the sheriff's office is offering a $20,000 reward to anyone with information leading to the return of Dail Dinwiddie.

If you have information on the whereabouts of Dail Dinwiddie, contact Columbia Crime Stoppers at 1-888-CRIME-SC or call the Dinwiddie family directly at 803-254-1690.

This is such a sad situation, the family is left wandering for a life time.

To lose a child would be devastating, but to have a child missing and to not know all this time what happened would be torture.

I have prayed for this family to find their daughter ever since it happened. I didn't know her, but I have felt her family's pain at not knowing. Someone knows what happened to her! Please God, give this family answers.

I never met Dail but I remember when this happened and I later met her mother. I think about this family often and wish and pray they could find answers. I cannot imagine the anguish this family faces.
